This is probably the best bdsm story I’ve ever read. Heavy on the kink without a lot of my least favorite staples of bdsm fic (ie repetitive authorial assurances that Everything Is Okay in the Boys’ Heads at All Times) This series is intense; one of those stay up all night to finish it deals. Hot and long with fantastic characterization and details. [note stories linked halfway down the page]

This is one of my all time favorite stories in any fandom. The one I compare all other stories to. Zarah is an amazing, lyrical, visceral writer and this story is just 100% perfect. All of Zarah’s work comes with it’s own tempo, this one is slow and unrushed in all the right places. It’s nothing short of amazing.

Viggo lies boneless and sweaty, almost unable to move when Orlando slides back up next to him, jeans lying abandoned on the floor. Viggo exhales. “That was… fascinating.”

Good Viggo characterization and brilliantly written, as one should expect from Megolas.
