CSI Nick/Greg

Post-Grave Danger this is a really cool bit of Nick characterization.

Nick is actually really good at therapy. He finds it kind of freeing to talk about how he’s feeling, what he’s been dreaming, and he even gets to talk about Greg sometimes, which is a luxury he hadn’t known he would ever want, but there you go.

Three Steps Away by fabella; 6.194 words

CSI Nick/Greg

This story is incredibly good. It’s post Grave Danger and the author handles is beautifully. I love that Fabella writes a Nick that’s not broken, she does an amazing job of showing just exactly how Nick managed to get through that night alive, and the Nick/Greg relationship just works.

Something Like Instinct by Neko; 1.907 words

CSI Nick/Greg

Neko writtes a fantastic Greg, he’s spot on, the perfect blend of geeky confidence Greg has on the show. Plus, this is wonderfully porny.

Something Like Instinct

Parchment by Neko; 1.804 words

CSI Nick/Greg

A little more in the introspective side than the last one, I like this story because it shows how Nick and Greg work (and don’t work) together, I like that it’s not perfect, and it’s not love at first sight and all that in this story.

Parchment

The Kumquats by dr. foo foo; 1.655 words

CSI Greg/Nick

I like that Greg is aggressive in this while still being completely believable, very cool.

The Kumquats

Inventing Games Out Of Everything by Shrift; 1.313 words

CSI Greg/Nick

I fucking love the way shrift writes. Her characterization is always spot on. I wish she’d write more in the CSI fandom because this is a great start.

Drunk, Tipsy, and Neither by Perpetual Motion; 735 words

CSI Nick/Warrick.

Quick and porny. I adore longer stories but when the short ones are this hot, I’ll definitely take it.
